Refund policy

At Planet Tee, your satisfaction is our priority. Since all our products are made to order through our print partner, we follow a carefully structured return and refund process to ensure fairness and quality at every step.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing issue, or doesn’t match what you ordered, we’ve got you covered.

What we offer:

  • Free reprint of the item

  • Or a full refund (your choice)

  • No return required

Timeframe: You must report the issue within 30 days of delivery.

What we need: Clear photos of the item showing the issue (e.g. damage, misprint, wrong size, etc.).

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but never received, please contact us;

  • If tracking shows no delivery, we’ll replace it for free.

  • If the shipping address was entered incorrectly, we can offer a discounted reprint or a partial refund.

Returns for Size, Fit, or Change of Mind

Because our products are made to order and printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size or color chosen at checkout

  • Change of mind

  • Minor design or print placement differences (within a 0.5" tolerance)

We encourage you to double-check size guides before placing your order.

Refund Method

If a refund is issued, it will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the transaction to process.

How to Report an Issue

To request a refund or reprint, simply email us at manier@planet-tee.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos showing the problem (if applicable)

We’ll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
